1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits

A photoshoot date and time slot is formally confirmed once an initial deposit or full package payment is received and recorded. Deposits ensure our photographer and production crew are exclusively reserved for your session.

2. Rescheduling & Weather Policy

In the event of heavy tropical rain or university ceremony rescheduling, outdoor sessions can be rescheduled to the nearest mutually available date with zero additional fee. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for personal rescheduling.

3. Payment Balances & Receipts

Outstanding package balances must be settled prior to or upon final digital gallery delivery. Official branded PDF receipts are generated automatically for every recorded payment and can be downloaded from your secure customer portal.

4. Retouching & Delivery Timelines

Standard master curation and fine-art retouching takes approximately 7 to 14 business days. Priority 48-hour delivery is available through our expedited service add-on.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

Graduates and families receive unlimited personal printing, archiving, and social media sharing rights. Commercial use or resale of images requires prior studio agreement.
