When you book a photoshoot with GradPortraits or submit an inquiry through our website or WhatsApp, we collect basic customer information including your full name, contact numbers, email address, university affiliation, and photoshoot preferences.
2. Photography & Client Galleries
Your final graduation photographs are delivered through cryptographically secure, private customer portal links. We never expose your personal contact details, private payment history, or unreleased photographs publicly without your explicit written consent.
3. Portfolio & Social Media Display
We love showcasing the academic achievements of our graduates. Selected photographs may be featured in our public portfolio or verified Instagram channel only with client permission. If you prefer your portraits to remain strictly private, simply inform our studio team upon booking.
4. Data Security & Storage
We apply industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal details. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
